How does Futurespread Fluidised Fertiliser (FFF) differ from FPA?
Fine particle application (FPA) essentially involves grinding the entire fertiliser blend exceedingly finely (typically to minus 20 microns). This is unnecessary, wastes energy and costs a lot of money – a cost which is passed on to the farmer.. The primary reason it is done, is simply convenience for the contractor, as it permits the use of inferior spreading technology. Futurespread Fluidised Fertiliser (FFF) allows the different nutrients to be blended and applied in their agronomically ideal size range.
